How will the lessons be conducted?

Answer:
The instructor will start with a warm up, and then proceed on to teach whatever he/she has planned and finally, end the session with a cool down

Are the classes open to everyone?

Answer:
Yes, the classes are for everyone as long as you're interested and want to learn

Would there be a lot of people for each class?

Answer:
It depends on how many people signs up for the classes. However, the maximum number of slots for each class is 25

What happens if we have last minute plans and we can't make it for the class?

Answer:
You can email us about it and we will have a replacement class for you if its a valid reason. Include your name, the name and date of the class you missed, and your reason specifically. However, if the reason is not valid, we're sorry to say that we can not help you

What are the valid reasons to get my classed replaced?

Answer:
Valid reasons includes, family and government related issues
